��can share details of events on our website and in our monthly event newsletter. To submit an event please complete the form below. Only events specifically targeted at those working in perinatal care will be featured. ��does not endorse external events, listings are for information only.

Please note that events that are not aimed at a perinatal audience and commercial events that tick the 'not for profit' box will be deleted without a response.

Deadlines to submit an event

The ��event listings are updated once a month towards the end of the month.

The ��events newsletter usually goes out the first week of the month. To be included in the next events newsletter please ensure your form (and payment if relevant) is received by the ��office by the 20th of the month before the event at the latest. If your event falls early in the month we recommend submitting this two months before. Events received too late to process will not be added.

We will do our best to share events that are received before the deadline each month however, this does depend on staff capacity and we cannot guarantee circulation.

Further Information

Events Newsletter

The Events newsletter is distributed to all contacts on the ��database that have opted in to receive communications from us. (As of April 2025 this is 5819 contacts). The event newsletter will be distributed around the first week of each month. (Please bear in mind that we are a small office team and holidays or sickness could affect the newsletter distribution.) Events can only be included in the monthly event newsletter, we will not send additional e-mails to our database. Inclusion in the ��events newsletter is for information purposes, it does not mean that ��has reviewed or endorsed your event in any way.

Featured Event Payment

For a featured event listing is for inclusion in one event newsletter for month of your choice (if space available). A featured event listing includes event title, date and link plus 100 word (max) description and logo or photo. Text and logo to be supplied by 20th to be included in next month. Payment must be received by 20th to be included in the next month. If for any reason your event cannot be distributed due to ��Office staff’s availability then you will be given the choice of moving to the next month or receiving a refund.
