A decision has been made by senior commissioners to move to the HRG 2016 dataset for payment from April 2019. This is a major change which may result in trusts losing substantial income if you do not take action. Please see attached papers produced by NHS England which have been sent to all regional commissioning hubs this week.
This change does not affect colleagues in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
