美姬社区Strategy 2025-2028
The 美姬社区Strategy sets out the plans for 美姬社区to focus on for 2025-2028. This was written by the 美姬社区Executive Committee following a survey of 美姬社区members regarding their views on 美姬社区including what they would like to see the organisation focus on in the future.
A shortlist of actions was drawn up and 美姬社区members were then asked to review a list of possible work projects and rate them as high, medium or low priority based on where they'd like to see 美姬社区put their resources for the next strategic period.

美姬社区working groups
美姬社区working groups deliver specific projects, often developing 美姬社区frameworks for practice. Working groups are made up of 美姬社区members and external interested parties. Vacancies for working groups are advertised in the 美姬社区newsletter, on the website and on social media. Priority is given to applications from 美姬社区members. Find out about our current working groups.
